The EAP is available to you and your dependents to address life issues such as

Employees may
confidentially contact the EAP at any time. Your concerns don't need to be affecting  job performance in order to use the service.  Your employer knows life is complex and stressful and encourages you to access this additional benefit for support. 

There are many reasons employees choose to use the EAP:

And there are many different ways employees use the EAP.   Some use counseling to resolve a specific issue. Some use just a couple of sessions for objective feedback and reassurance. .

One of the most important ways the EAP helps employees, though, is to provide a thorough clinical assessment and connection to care in situations where employees don't know what's needed or who could best help.
