Our Staff

Three talented clinicians have joined the founder in serving employees and their family members.  These caring counselors have all worked as a team for over ten years.

Judy Anderson, President
License Mental Health Counselor and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Masters Degree in Social Work from Washington University, St. Louis, Mo., 1975 

Twenty years of experience in providing EAPs. Administers the practice and provides EAP assessments and counseling.  Extensive training in critical incident stress management and experience in providing trauma debriefings for corporate customers. 

Kathleen Adler, EAP Counselor
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Diplomate in Social Work. Masters Degree in Social Work from Florida State University, 1985  Joined the team in 1992.

Provides family and individual counseling.  Specializes in providing assessments and counseling for children. Specialized training and experience in working with children and adults who have be abused and other trauma victims. 

Patricia Diserio, EAP Counselor
Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Addictions Professional. Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, Nova University, Miami, Fl., 1985  Joined the team in 1990.

Experienced as an outpatient addictions therapist and addictions program director. Substance  Abuse Professional providing evaluations for employees covered by DOT regulations.  Former evaluator for the Certification Board for the Addictions Professionals of Florida. Skilled in addressing codependency issues and helping family members of substance abusers.  Works with adolescents and adults.

Linda Tremont, EAP Counselor
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology, Nova University, Miami FL, 1985. Joined the team in 1993.

Provides assessment and counseling for couples and families and individuals. Specialized training and extensive experience treating domestic violence perpetrators and victims. Five years experience as a teacher in addition to ten years of experience as a counselor.
